George Fairley has been involved in the construction industry for the best part of 35 years. Over the last 20 years George W Fairley contractors have been active in carrying out a number of projects from renovation to private house building to selling off building plots.

The natural progression was to start a house building devision hence Fairley Homes was started back in 1999. Our first project was a countryside development near Dunmore, Falkirk selling houses from £260,000 to £650,000.

Since 1999 Fairley Homes Ltd has went from strength to strength and have carried out many successful projects & developments and are continuing to do so today.

The estate near Dunmore, Falkirk, was the former site of the famous "Dunmore Pottery" which dates back to around 1780.

The site is situated 3 miles from the villages of Stenhousemuir and Airth and only 7 miles from both Falkirk and Stirling.
